More importantly, they did an excellent job preparing the exterior surfaces to receive paint, applying the paint and keeping the job site clean. The house is a 100+ year old craftsman with much detail. The paint job is absolutely beautiful. Dec 30, 2015 David H. Oakland, CA “My questions and comments during he contracting process with the owner were responded to promptly and answered well. We arrived easily at a negotiated price. The work crew was also prompt, respectful and accommodating. They did not intermix other jobs, but worked consecutive days until they completed the job. They cleaned up daily and after the job returned everything to its place. When I noticed a couple things they missed, they returned promptly and with good temper took care of those things. I painted my own house for 35 years, so learned something about preparation and painting. They did the job the way I always thought it should be done. One item has yet to be finished, because of weather. The owner said he won’t close this job until I’m 100% satisfied and suggested we talk about scheduling when the weather improves. He also responded positively to my suggestions about how to improve his business.
